Quality and Patient Experience - a conversation with Whittington Health
Date: 19 Feb 2018 -
Location: Room 6 Whittington Education Centre, The Whittington Hospital, Magdala Avenue, London N19 5NF
Whittington Health provides a wide range of hospital and community-based health care services for Haringey and Islington residents. Each year, the Trust reviews its work and thinks about how to improve the experience of people using these services, and their carers.
Healthwatch Islington champions the user voice within local health and care services. As such we would like to invite you to share your experiences of Whittington Health’s services and to give your suggestions for improving quality.
- Everyone is welcome. We would particularly like to encourage organisations or individuals who are supporting vulnerable residents across Haringey and Islington. This is a chance to improve equity of access as well as the quality of services. The Whittington Health Chief Executive, Siobhan Harrington, and members of her team will attend.
- We will hear about progress made against the equality targets that Whittington Health set last year, and consider what areas need extra attention in the coming year.
The Education Centre is behind the hospital, close to the A&E department.
