It’s not always easy for residents who rely on home care to be heard by decision-makers. This year, we’ve been interviewing them to find out what’s working well, as well as the challenges faced by service users and their families.
My problem has been resolved. They have provided the sick note and also arranged an appointment with the doctor for tomorrow. Thanks a lot for helping me through this, I really appreciate the support!
