What is e-consult?
e-consult is an online tool being used by GP practices in Islington. You use e-consult to describe your symptoms by completing an online form. Your practice contacts you with appropriate advice and decides whether you need an appointment or if your condition can be treated without the need for one.
Programme
- Dr Imogen Bloor, GP and Clinical Lead Primary Care at Islington Central Medical Centre will cover the first half from 2 to 3 pm showing the e-consult form and the simplest ways to complete it.
- Then from 3 to 4 pm, we will continue with a hands-on session where you can practice filling out the form yourself, with support from our digital volunteers.
