Islington Patient Group Meeting

At this meeting, we will be joined by staff from North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group to hear about local health and care service structures.

There will be presentations on:

1. GP access and current pressures
2. Primary Care Networks and the different support models:
   
   1. What is a practice-based pharmacist, compared to a community (high street) pharmacist? 
   2. What is a social prescriber and how do they work in Islington? 

There will also be time for questions.
