An online event for local residents, patients, and carers
For all our NHS services the last few years have meant new challenges. Our services are doing what they can to provide the best care to local residents.
Our colleagues at Moorfields have been developing a range of initiatives with existing patients, carers, and staff to improve patient experience. They are coming to talk to us about how they are learning from feedback, how they’ve responded since our last visits, and to hear from people who are using their services. The Trust is currently developing its 5 year Patient Experience Strategy.
We know that Moorfields patients have raised concerns about waiting times in clinics and about how they are communicated with. We know that local residents and patients have been keen to influence the development of a new Moorfields site at St Pancras, replacing the City Road site. You may also have questions about the ongoing impacts of reduced public spending and the pandemic.
