Healthwatch Enfield is leading this project on behalf of Healthwatch across North Central London.

Healthwatch Enfield would like to hear from residents in Enfield, Haringey, Camden, and Islington about their GP practice website.

Your feedback will help us to understand how you currently use your GP practice's website and how it can be improved to meet the needs of patients. This survey focuses on your experiences accessing information about appointments, alternative services like Pharmacy First or NHS 111, and other online resources your GP provides.

This research takes place in partnership with the North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) and the Islington GP Federation. Your responses will be kept confidential and will be used exclusively for the purpose of improving GP access.

Completing this survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes.
