Winter pressures on A&Es in London
A&Es across London are under significant pressure, with a high number of flu cases, particularly in the 0-17 age group.
We are sharing the information below on behalf of the NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board. While they don’t want to discourage anyone from getting healthcare if they need it, they do want to make sure that people are using the most appropriate service. They would like people to consider other options, so that urgent and emergency care services can prioritise those with the most serious health needs in this time of winter pressure.
