Community health services
We asked local residents using community health services like podiatry and physiotherapy whether they felt they were waiting a long time for an appointment. We wanted to learn whether that had any impact on their health.
Summary
We received 70 survey responses:
- Many of the people who told us they had to wait a long time said that this did have an impact on their health.
- A significant number of the people we heard from were not told how long they would have to wait.
- In general, respondents felt that the care they received when their appointment took place was good.
