Annual Report 2018/19
Our annual report tells the story of our work over the past 12 months.
Summary
Over 1400 Islington residents have taken part in our events and workshops, or given us
their views on local health and care services. We supported local care home residents to have their say about the provision of activity programmes in their homes, and helped make GP services more autism friendly. Other highlights from the year include:
- giving Moorfields Eye Hospital a better understanding of how outpatients view their services
- helping ensure that the provision of Sign Language interpreting services increased in order to make same day GP services more accessible to Deaf patients
- providing information, signposting and support to 340 Islington residents who needed help to access health and care services
